This Sparkly Water hibiscus has a large beautiful blue/purple blossom. It is happiest in a window that gets large amounts of sun with a pot that will allow growth. Easily shaped with proper trimming. Any hibiscus can be as short or tall as one wishes. Hardy to zone 10.
